Blake Vandegrift

Experience/Qualifications
Blake joins Industrial Consultants LLC after achieving a Bachelor's of Science at Northeastern State University studying Environmental Health and Safety Management, with a minor in Criminal Justice Studies. Blake has taken classes studying safety engineering, hazardous waste treatment, PSM overview and industrial hygiene. He enters this industry with a fresh mind focused on doing everything he can to keep employees going home safely at the end of each day. Blake specializes in technical program development for Process Safety Management (PSM) Programs, conducting Process Hazard Analysis, also while focusing his energies in other aspects of OSHA and EPA compliance.

In his free time, Blake is an avid outdoorsman including water fowling and deer hunting.

Throughout his college years Blake played baseball at Northeastern State University(NSU).

Christopher Harmon

Experience/Qualifications

Chris brings forty plus years of training, consulting,   design, engineering and operations experience in the food, petrochemical and hazardous waste treatment industries to Industrial Consultants, LLC. This experience and education translates into practical application and technical development for clients needing Emergency Response and Refrigeration Training programs, Refrigeration System Review and Optimization along with PSM & RMP Programs.

Chris offers our clients training, consultation and technical program development for Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, Risk Management Programs (RMP). Additionally he conducts Mechanical Integrity Inspections, PHA's and PHA Revalidation along with Refrigeration Review courses, all of which can be customized to meet the individual client needs.

Daniel Barrios

Experience/Qualifications

Daniel joins us with a Batchelor’s in Safety Management and Drafting with a second major in Spanish. Before joining the Industrial Consultant’s team, Daniel was a Safety specialist for an egg processing facility. Followed by a 1.5 year stent as an Environmental Health and Safety manager for a steel manufacturing facility. Along with his safety experience, Daniel was a part of the Nebraska National Guard Hazmat team.

As a hobby, Daniel enjoys playing music and going for runs.

David’s main focus is HAZWOPER training, while he also focuses his energies on specializing in other aspects OSHA and EPA Compliance.

Debra offers technical OSHA program development with practical safety application and expertise, as required, in the classroom and on the job. Debra also brings a complete offering to our clients in the classroom setting or at the corporate level when discussing the important issues of Emergency Response and Safety related training programs (i.e. confined space, lockout/tagout, fall protection, etc.).

Jim brings twenty plus years of training, consulting and project management experience in the food and petrochemical industries to Industrial Consultants, LLC.
This includes the development and implementation of Emergency Response and Respiratory training programs for our clients.

Jim offers clients the practical, technical development and implementation skills needed when discussing and implementing Emergency Response, Incident Command and Confined Space. Additionally, Jim has specific expertise in the areas of training, consultation and program development for Emergency Response.

He spent 25 years as a high school math instructor and 5 years as a school administrator.  He also was a high school football and track coach for 25 years.

Kent's main focus is Business Development Manager along with writing and auditing Process Safety Management Programs. He also focuses his energies on Mechanical Integrity Inspections as well as writing SOP's.

Roygene Harmon

Experience/Qualifications
Roygene brings forty-nine years of education and training experience in the food industry and public education system. Roygene, along with Robert Harmon, developed the ammonia HAZMAT, refrigeration operator and boiler operator training, information and techniques used at Tyson Foods. Roygene and Robert Harmon used this experience and knowledge to train over 700 of the leading food companies with these state-of-the-art techniques.

Roygene offers our clients OSHA training, consultation, research and program development, tempered with practical safety application and expertise. Roygene also brings industry leading experience to our clients at the corporate level when discussing the important issues of Emergency Response and Safety related training.

Steve Harmon

 

Experience/Qualifications
With formal OSHA training, a degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, as well as his leadership in ‘on the job’ safety programs, Steve brings a great deal of information to the class room in his role as a HAZMAT safety specialist.

Previously a plant manager, Steve offers a business prospective to safety, plus his innovative HAZCOM program for a specialty arm of one of the largest glass companies in the U.S. gives him the ability to present your company with a unique, creative approach to the HAZMAT process.  His role as a safety team leader for a major rubber specialty parts manufacturer, has uniquely prepared Steve to help your team become safety literate and safety savvy from a very practical employee involvement viewpoint.

 

In his personal life, Steve’s hobby in amateur radio, along with many years as a volunteer in ARES and RACES has allowed him to be involved in handling emergency communications traffic in times of severe storms and other local emergencies in the community.

 

Steve’s business experience, hands on safety training, on the floor understanding, and leadership roles in all aspects of the process allow Steve to give your HAZMAT program an employee centered approach that they will understand and take with them in their everyday jobs.

Wes Bennett

Experience/Qualifications
Wes has thirty plus years experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.  During those years, Wes has excelled and advanced due to his work ethic and dedication to quality performance. 

Within the last thirty five years, Wes had worked 13 years as a production supervisor that included employee management, production line maintenance and design implementation activities.   Wes has been a safety consultant for fifteen years with Industrial Consultants in the capacity as instructor, classroom media development and specialized inspections pertaining to mechanical integrity, electrical safety, lockout tagout, confined space entry and hazardous materials response.

Over the past fifteen years and currently with Industrial Consultants, Wes assists in the development of training programs, and client workplace programs for compliance with OSHA requirements to meet and surpass both the client’s needs and the regulatory agencies.
