Wes brings more than 40 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector to Industrial Consultants, LLC. Throughout his career, he has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, driven by a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to quality performance.
For 13 years, Wes served as a production supervisor, where he was responsible for employee supervision, production line maintenance, and the implementation of process and design improvements. This hands-on operational experience provided him with a strong foundation in both manufacturing efficiency and workplace safety.
For the past 27 years, Wes has worked as a safety consultant with Industrial Consultants, LLC, serving as an instructor, developing classroom training materials, and conducting specialized inspections.
In his current role, Wes continues to support the development of training programs and client workplace safety systems designed to achieve and exceed OSHA compliance requirements. His combination of operational leadership and safety consulting experience allows him to deliver practical, effective solutions tailored to real-world industrial environments.
