Kelly Anderson

Kelly brings more than 30 years of classroom teaching and training experience to Industrial Consultants, LLC. He spent 25 years as a high school mathematics instructor and 5 years serving as a school administrator. And his teaching experience extends to the classrooms at Industrial Consultants, LLC, where he has been instructing classes in emergency response for 5 years.

In addition to his classroom experience, Kelly coached high school football and track for 25 years, developing strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. His extensive background in education and coaching allows him to effectively engage audiences, simplify complex concepts, and deliver practical, results-driven training programs.

Why I do this work
Industrial Consultants has given me an opportunity for a second career. I am a retired high school math teacher, principal and coach. All I ever wanted to do as an educator was to make a difference in the lives of young people. I tried to relate, educate and motivate every day.

What I found in this role is that I get the same opportunity. Every day I have the chance to make a difference in the lives of adults now. My entire motivation is to provide the best information possible to allow individuals to work safely around dangerous equipment and chemicals, which gives them the opportunity to go home to the people they care about the most.

Outside of Work
I am married to my beautiful wife, Cindy, and we have 4 grown children of whom we are extremely proud. We also have 4 grandbabies and they are the best thing in my life. All of these people are the reason I do what I do. My family is my greatest motivation and brings me the greatest joy.

Cindy and I love to travel, and it is usually somewhere warm and with beaches. We also enjoy going on cruises. We really enjoy experiencing other cultures, from the traditions to the food.

Personally, I really like being outdoors. I like fishing, golfing or just spending time in the garage or in the yard. I am a fan of 80’s hair band music and have seen KISS in concert more times than most could imagine. I like all types of racing and I am a football junkie. If there’s a football game on tv, I’m watching it.

I take a lot of pride in what we do at Industrial Consultants. It is the culture of the company to care about one another and our clients. We try to create relationships that communicate our true desire to Make A Difference to those with whom we have the privilege to serve.
